The creation of a magnificent Zanella Old World Floor is a labor of love and a rare dedication of the artistry of hand craftsmanship. All of these creations are a product of nature and each board is individually hand-hewn, bench finished and end-matched to recreate the patina of time. Every floor ordered goes through a 21-step process and is custom created for the individual project. We can match all accessories and custom coloring is available.
Terra Hardwood Flooring
Our unique, durable, high-end engineered floor is designed to last for generations. We currently offer seven species of Terra Hardwood Flooring: Mahogany, Santa Maria, Walnut, Rosewood, Cherry, Hard Maple and Rift & Quartered White Oak. This is a "pefect floor" and can be used in both residential and commerical applications. It has a wonderful Aluminum Oxide finish.
Crafted Wood Flooring
Crafted Wood Flooring is available in a large variety of species, textures and colors. Specializing in wide planks and long lengths, these floors are like a fine piece of furniture that you will enjoy for years to come. Available as a solid or engineered floor with optional pegging and distressing.

Garrison Collection
Garrison Collection engineered flooring is available as 1/2" x 3", 5" or 7" mill-run grade. Lengths run from 12" to 42", averaging at 39" to 40". Species available include American Cherry, Hickory/Pecan, Maple, Red Oak, Walnut and White Oak. We can custom create virtually any color you wish.
New Unfinished Flooring
New, unfinished flooring is available in most species, grades, widths and lengths. In addition, we offer hand-distressing, custom parques, matching base, stair parts and other accessories, as well as custom finishes, all at competitive pricing.
